NEW_India Court order_change in date of Birth in Passport not allowed

hi all, 

A recent court order do not allow change in Date of Birth in the passport after 5 years of issuing of PP. Change is only allowed for minors.

BC was not mandatory either for school or for PP and now we need BC and many times these docs are mismatching. Does that mean one can submit passport (5+ years after issue) and original BC carrying different dates for i485?  

 

Please advise. Thanks for any suggestions.
