H1B TRANSFER IN INDIA WITHOUT VISA

Dear Sir/Madam,

 

My consultant has filed my H1B Visa petition in April 2015 and I have got my number in lottery system and approval in the month of September 2015 but my consultant is asking for client letter first; then only they will proceed for visa stamping. 

 

I have checked with another Consultant in USA, and they are ready to transfer my H1B from "A" company to his company.

 

Currently I am in INDIA. Will it be possible to transfer H1B from "A" Company to "B" Company without getting Visa. 

 

Or is there any other way out to find employer in USA from India.

 

I am really depressed.

Please give me solution for this, I shall be very grateful to you.
