H4 - DS 160 Form - Application Reciept/Petition Number

Hi ,

 

I am filling DS - 160 for my spouse who is coming on H4 . I am the primary applicant and i hold H1 Visa . While filling the Primary Applicant's details there is a column for Applicant Receipt/Petition Number . I know i have to enter my Petition Number which has been provided my USCIS . But my question is , i have changed the employers , so which petition number i am supposed to enter ? The current one or the Initial petition number through which my H1 was filed in the beginning .

Your current petition number. you can see it on you I-797 too.
