Quick question (maybe stupid) about below. Below are the docs I'm taking with respect to what is being asked (apart from general required documents).

(H) TEMPORARY WORKER
  • Receipt Number for your approved petition as it appears on your Petition for a Nonimmigrant Worker, Form I-129, or Notice of Action, Form I-797, from USCIS.

WHAT I'M TAKING

  • I have the receipt number on top of I-797A
  • COPY of form I-129 as filed by my employer
  • ORIGINAL form I-797A

ADDITIONAL

  • COPY of LCA
  • Employment proof, bank docs, pay stubs, education certificates and all that jazz.

I'm hoping all of this would suffice. Any advice/guidance/tips would greatly appreciated.

<cheers>

The only mandatory document is the original Form I797A. All the rest are supporting documents and what will be asked of you is totally dependent on the Visa Officer.

As an advice: Just carry as many documents as possible to support your case but only provide them to the VO if specifically asked for.
