Green card on wifes name- Indian citizen born in Dubai

Hi,

 

My wife is an indian citizen born in Dubai. She is currently on H1B visa. Would it be a faster process to start Green card processing under her name because her country of birth is Dubai. Is there any estimate on  processing time for such GC's. 

 

I(Indian citizen) have a EB2 under my name with a priority date which seems like will take ages to reach. Any guidance or suggestion is highly appreciated.

You can use cross-chargeability, i.e, using your wife's place of birth for both of your GCs.

Talk with your lawyer.

I guess you can use cross chargeability, use google and take help of an attorney.
