India Travel after applying H4 EAD

I have a query relating to H4EAD and India travel.  I applied for H4 EAD last week and want to travel to India after 3 weeks. I doubt my application will be picked before I travel although i expect it to be picked up when I am in India. Please help me with your expertise :

 

1) What happens if my application gets picked up when I am in India?? Is it just normal as I was in USA or they might raise RFE etc.

 

2) Waht happens if my application gets picked up when I get back to USA.This is because my I94 will change.

 

Please help anyone.
