young1981 Posted February 23, 2016 Report Share Posted February 23, 2016 My employer filed my PERM in May 2015 and it got approved in November 2015. They haven't applied for I140 yet till now(Feb 2016). They are saying that previous I140 submissions from them are pending in RFE and they have sent the required information for them. He is saying to wait for a month, till one of the previous I140 gets approved so that there wont be any issues in my I140 submission. Just want to check what will be my Priority Date? will it be PERM applied or the I140 submission date? Do we need to wait for other I140 approvals before submission of my I140? Please give your suggestions on this. Link to comment
