DS 160 question first time stamping

Hi,

When I was a student, I went to out of status because of OPTdenial. I went to Mexico for stamping. 

Don't know what should I say here? Kindly help.I am from India, got stamping in Mexico.

Are you applying in the same country or location where the visa above was issued, and is this country or location your place of principal of residence

 Are you going to india now for stamping ? If yes, then the answer is "no" as your previous visa has been stamped in mexico.
