RFE on AOS

Hi

I received a RFE on AOS regarding DOB certificates,Employer letter.My Attorney submitted them.USCIS received them on Jan 28th as per the status on USICS case status Web site . Again they sent the same RFE letter for the same DOB certificates,Employer letter.Only issue date is changed on that,all the content in the letter is same as the old RFE letter.
Do i need to resubmit the same documents again?
