mohan1985 Posted February 14, 2016 Report Share Posted February 14, 2016 Hi, I am currently on h4 visa my status is till not changed but I am having valid approved petition of h1b. My employer is asking me to travel India on h4 and get stamping done for h1b visa and come back. He is saying you have to tell that you are going to work in in house project so client letter is not required. I have resigned from my previous company in feb 2015 till date I am unemployed does it impact on my visa interview. Does any one is having any similar experience?
