Question about reason for Visitor Visa

Hello,

 

I am planning to apply US Visitor Visa for my in laws. I have few questions about them.

 

1) My wife is pursuing her MS on H-4 and will be graduated in May 2016.

2) My wife is pregnant and we are expecting a baby in August 2016.

 

Now they want to come and attend the graduation ceremony, baby shower and also wanted to spend some time with baby.

 

Is it OK to tell these above reasons or should they just simply tell that they want to come and see their daughter and son in law?
