H1 B Amendment

Hi,

 

I have a question regarding H1 b Amendment. Basically my previous work location was address1 in Camp hill city, and I moved to another project with different client with new LCA on address2 in Camp hill, the distance is just 1 mile. Right now I do have new LCA, also I got an H1 b extension with my new LCA. My project started date was on April 09 2015. Do I need to file for H1b Amendment, Please advise.

My thought is that your H1b extension with new LCA covers for your H1b amendment. I don't think you need to file for it.

As you did not move to different metropolitan area no need to go for amendment.
