OPT RFE Reply suggestion

hi friends,

 

one of my friend got below rfe for his OPT, please advise what documents to submit if anybody is aware of this 

 

your sevis i20 shows that it normally takes 24 months to complete your program.

however, your sevis i20 shows that you completed it in approximately 11 months which appears to be less than one full academic year.

als you sevis record shows that your program was shortened.

 

submit evidence to establish that you did complete a full academic year

You need to submit the transcripts. Can we know the name of that university? Your friend must be a real genius that he completed 2yrs degree in less than one year.
