OntheEdge Posted January 22, 2016 Report Share Posted January 22, 2016 My employer has filed ETA-9089 PERM for me which was approved in Jan 2010. I-140 is also approved. EB2 India I-1485 pending. Realized a typo in year of graduation. It was entered as 2006 instead of 2007. Rest other dates look good. Will there by any issue with my pending I-485? What will happen if USCIS discovers it?
