Raja01 Posted January 14, 2016 Report Share Posted January 14, 2016 HI, I'm working for company 'A' and applied for first H1B in 2012 under Master's quota, then applied for H1B Extension under masters quota and got an RFE. We told them that its by mistake we applied in Master's quota instead of Bachelor's (My masters college was not accrediated at that time) and its approved.But my initial H1B revoked.So what will be my status now with Initial H1B Revoked and Extension approved ? does anyone have any idea ? rahul412 Posted January 15, 2016 Report Share Posted January 15, 2016 It looks like your H1 itself is in trouble. Contact an attorney, and get new H1 this year. AFAIK, your current H1 is gone forever. Link to comment
