Im on my 8th year of H1B visa valid until December 2016. My wife who was on H4 earlier applied for H4 EAD and got a new job in US and have been working for few months now. Unlike earlier when my wife was just on dependent H4 Visa without work, do we need to answer any specific questions or submit specific documents related to her job? Can the new H4 EAD law, impact the visa stamping in any way for me or my wife? Appreciate the help. Thanks Link to comment

RAGK Posted January 14, 2016 Report Share Posted January 14, 2016 I am in the same boat, I assume H1B Stamping is more about H1B candidate , so not much more pretend on H4 EAD q/a.... Carry all documents whatever you have for H4, you should be in good shape while interview, NP! Link to comment
