JJ_MATT Posted January 12, 2016 Report Share Posted January 12, 2016 Hi, I have a valid L1B visa till mid march 2016, however my I94 is valid till Aug 2018. My dependents (spouse and children) have visa/I94 till mid march 2016. My company has initiated the process to file extension of L1B/L2 visa. Can I approach CBP to get my dependents I94 extended till Aug 2018? Is there a way my dependents can get their I94 extended beyond mid march 2016? Appreciate your response.
