Confusion to pick the consulate between Matamoros, Mexico; Toronto and Vancouver, Canada

Hello friends,

 

I am totally confuse now to pick the consulate to get my second time H1/H4 stamping.

 

I had previously from  Toronto.

 

Any suggestions please??? Based on history and recent experience?

 

 

Case: Second H1/H4 renewal/stamping

 

 I140 approved; Wife on H4 EAD  and working with me in same company. All documents are totally genuine. I do have Vendor ( till 2019) /Client letter ( till 2016 Dec)  with me .

 

H1B extension just got till 2019.

 

 

 Thoughts Please????
