I am applying for my L1 extension. following is the questions. If I apply for her L2 extension alongwith my L1 extension -> will there be any impact on her current H1B status. Also, will there be a problem during Green Card Processing if I as a primary person apply on my L1A visa. Thanks. Link to comment

visa_doubt Posted January 8, 2016 Author Report Share Posted January 8, 2016 I am a bit confused. Do you mean to say that i can still apply for L2 for her but not do COS so that she will be on H1B. And once L2 is approved, she will be active on H1B but still have L2 as a back up. Link to comment
