changing employer with in 6 within 6 months

I have I140 approved from employer A in Sep 2014. 

I transferred H1B to Employer in June 2015 while I was in India. 

I traveled to USA in Sep 2014 with Employer B petition. 

H1B amendment filed in Oct 2015 for change of client by employer B. 

 

Now I am looking at changing to employer C in Feb 2016 with the same I140 approved by employer A. 

 

1. Is this fine?

2. Will these frequent changes cause any issues USCIS? 

3. Is there any way to check is I-140 is withdrawn or not?

1. Yes, if I-140 is still valid and you have used 6 years of H1B.

2. No.

3. Ask employer who filed I-140.
