RFE and India Travel

Hi ,

My H1B extension petition is submitted to USCIS and its been processed in premium.

I need to travel India by next week and planning to return by end of March

My question is ,

1. in case if my case gets into an RFE then can i travel to India?

2. If i travel then i will have a exit date in my I-94 form , will this have any issue in processing my petition?

Note : My I-94 and Visa gets expired by 01-MAR-2016.

Can someone please help here.
