L1B to H4 thru employer A and B

Hi All,

 

My wife is working on L1B and planning to convert to H4 thru my current employer A . Now, I have got an offer from employer B. So would like to know what will happen in following scenarios,

 

1. If we apply H4 thru my current employer, can she resign once petition # is received.

2. Employer B will do a premium processing, so can two H4 applications process at same time with different employer

3. If Employer B H4 petition is approved prior to current Employer A, can she continue work till I join Employer B.

 

Please advice.
