I live in Pennsylvania. Can my cousin come to Pennsylvania first and then leave to Florida. Will there be any problem at the port of entry ..? since his visa and I20 has Florida University...? Also let him have your address and contact number just in case CBP wants to call and verify. And make sure you pick up the phone from any unknown callers that day! Link to comment
