H1B transfer for new employer - suggestion

Hi,

 

I am with Empployer A and assignment is ending at end of the month and I am suppose to travel back to India, With Employer B LCA is displayed and H1 will be filed by 29th of this month.

 

is Employer B will be able to continue with same application filed on 29th even if I travel to India? should I check with Employer B?

 

Is it advisable to resign with Employer A immediately and stay for 10 days grace period after end of assignment and wait for Receipt of h1 from Employer B?

 

is above question is related to no status?

 

validity of H1B with Employer A and it is extension - April 2017

 

Also only 2 years are used out of 6 years of H1

 

How should I handle it ..no clue...please advice/help

check with B and his attorney if it is advisable to travel. If possible, wait for Bs approval before you travel

Based on timely filed H1B petition by employer B you can stay in US without any issue.
