arag_8285 Posted December 17, 2015 Report Share Posted December 17, 2015 Hello, I was wondering if any who has started working in the US using the H4 EAD card has gone back to India for stamping. I switched from H1 to H4 this year and will be going for stamping in January 2016 and am interested in knowing their experiences. In particular, I am interested in knowing if there were any questions posed by the VO about them working on H4 or if they were asked to show the I-140 document. Thanks! Link to comment
