Travelling on L1B with H1 approved

Hello experts,

 

Need immediate help regarding L1 visa.

 

My L1B extension was in progress from employer ABC (my current employer). However given the L1B situation I had processed H1B visa through employer XYZ. My H1B got approved as Consular Processing however I wanted to stay with my current employer. At the same time I also got L1B extension approval. Now I am out of country (in India) and want to go for stamping of L1B. As per my communication with company XYZ they were going to revoke my H1B since I didn't join them.

 

However now while filling Ds-160 form for stamping of L1B I am confused what to answer below questions :

 

1. Has your U.S. Visa ever been cancelled or revoked?

2. Has anyone ever filed an immigrant petition on your behalf with the United States Citizenship and Immigration Services? 

 

I am afraid if wrong answers are given there might be problem in stamping.

 

Also is there a way to check revocation status.
