Accompany to Follow to Join

Hi, for consular processing GC I had paid the visa fees for my wife, son and myself.

 

Then I was going to fill the DS-260 form and on nvc.state.gov it showed that all three of us had to fill the DS-260. I started to fill my form but had to hold on to get some information.

 

But yesterday morning I noticed that the status for my wife and son had changed to 'Follow to join' and under 'IV Application' it shows 'Not Available'.

 

So while I am able to fill in the DS-260, we cannot do the same for my wife and child.

 

I think it originally showed 'Accompany' but now is showing 'Follow to join'.

 

Any idea whats happening?

 

Appreciate the insights.

 

BTW if our case is approved I am planning to go along with my wife and child.
