mbapro
I am planning to travel to New Delhi via Dubai this holiday season as an Indian passport holder. Unfortunately, there is a 9 hour layover in Dubai and hence Emirates will provide me a hotel stay and visa. I have an approved I-797 but an expired visa. Does anyone know if approved I-797 along with expired visa “work" for getting accommodation through Emirates in Dubai? or will I be stranded inside the airport. I checked with the airlines and they seem to be clueless about i-797. Regards, Link to comment
jairichi
When Emirates is going to get you an UAE visa why are you worried about your US visa? Link to comment
permaudit
You would have to apply for a UAE Visa through Emirates. I don't think they will get you one. Your US Visa is of no necessity for an outbound travel from the US. Link to comment
