Srinivasbn Posted December 7, 2015 Report Share Posted December 7, 2015 Hi, I am currently on H1b. My employer placed a PERM for me just two months back and waiting for the approval. Now my employer is planning to place a new PERM from the same company for me since I am planning to move to new technology. It is said by employer it is legal to have multiple PERM's from the same company for the same person even there is no change in the job etc. Is it true? Link to comment
