teds Posted December 7, 2015 Report Share Posted December 7, 2015 My employer has sent H1B RFE response documents in August 2nd week and there is no update from USCIS till now. Its almost 4 months. Is anyone in similar situation? Also, Is it advisable to go for Premium Processing as I heard that If we go for PP, there might be more risk of getting another RFE or getting rejected? Is that true?
