Hi,

 

I am planning to marry my fiance in USA. She has a B2 visa. Can we get legally married here?:

  • Can she file AOS from B2 to H4? Would there be problems doing that?
  • Is it better that she goes back to India and then file from H4 from there? Is that a safer solution?
  • Since, the intent would be still non-immigrant (from B2 to H4). Is it better to get married in Caribbean instead? In that case, she would be coming to US only for visit and then a stop over journey to Caribbean.
