Is H1B Stamping required on change of employer?

Hello Experts,

 

I have transferred my H1B from employer A to employer B. My initial H1B visa (fresh application), I-797 and I-94 is valid till March 2016. However, I have now received a new I-797(Employer B) which has validity until Nov 2016. With I-797, I have also received I-94 cutout which has validity until Nov 2015.

 

Two questions:

1. Do I need to go for visa stamping to stay beyond March 2016 if I keep staying in US and do not visit any foreign country till Nov 2016?  

2. Can I visit any foreign country and come back to US without new stamping after March 2016?
