DS-160 Questions

HI all

 

I've some question while filling my DS-160 form, please advice 

 

1. Has anyone ever filed an immigrant petition on your behalf with the United States Citizenship and Immigration Services ? 

    Recently i accepted Full-time position from my client. My previous employer started my greencard processing and labour is still in process. What is my answer for above question..?

 

2. Contact Person or Organization in the United States ?

    Who will be my contact person in US, my manager or employer name ?

 

3.  Which address should i use.. US or in India ?

1. Only if an I-140 is filed you need to answer yes. Now, the answer is NO.
