change stutus J1 to F1 processing time

hi

I apply for change status J1 to F1 on sep.11.2015

and I received receipt from California service center

I saw that it usually takes 2.5months in USCIS website

now, it s been 2.5 month

but there s only 'case was recieved' sentence

 I think that should be change another sentence by this time

or is that just changed 'case was approved' right away ?

I m so nervous it will be not approved soon...
