Durga_M Posted November 24, 2015 Report Share Posted November 24, 2015 My 6 years of H1B CAP will be complete on April 19 2016 My employer is planning to initiate my Green Card what is the last date before which my Labor should be filed The intention is to file the labor and travel out of the country and come back once it is approved Is there a possibility to file with in the next couple of months Link to comment
Jyothis Posted November 26, 2015 Report Share Posted November 26, 2015 Well, if you had plans on staying in the country and extend beyond 6 years, it should have been filed before April 19 2015 or you should have already had a PERM running by now, which can help you file the 140 in premium to get setup for extension. There is no real last date for filing, but Could have been done earlier. Link to comment
