iamsorry Posted November 20, 2015 Report Share Posted November 20, 2015 Hello, I received an email from my HR saying she got an email from PLC....@dol.gov saying that the case has been reviewed by the certifying officer and will be certified, does that mean its approved ?? it further says that- a formal certification letter will be sent by DOL to my HR/attorney, how long does this usually take to receive the documents from DOL? and what documents do I have to ask my HR/attorney once they receive it ?
