Is it possible to appeal a denial when I change clients

I applied for H1 this yeaer and got picked through the lottery. Upon furthur processing, they requested requested for Envidence which we provided. In the mean time, my project got done and I moved on to a different client but stayed with the same company. Now i got a denial saying I did not have proof in the application that I would be working at my client's company for 3yrs.

 

Is it possible to provide the new clients details, client letter etc to USICS and request the denial to be revoked or do I just have to accept that fact that it was denied? I m awatre that an addendum can be filed when an RFE is given but can one be filed after I recieve a denial?

That's not possible. USCIS requires a client letter, and the client can't change before the H1 is approved.

That's a reason to avoid consulting companies.

Addendum is done only if that H1 is approved. This H1 is gone, next time find a real employer not a consulting firm.
