gmistry Posted November 17, 2015 Report Share Posted November 17, 2015 My wife's EAD and AP is expiring in January 2016. She needs to travel to India in December. We have just applied for the renewal. She is going to stay in india for at least 5-6 months. Is it safe to travel and stay in India before getting the approved EAD card. We should get the EAD card in about 2 months or so. Please help! Link to comment
