JAXP123 Posted November 17, 2015 Report Share Posted November 17, 2015 My employer A is going to start my LC process. I'm planning to move to employer B in next 3-4 months, which is not certain also. I have spent only 3 years on H1 and my current H1 is expiring in Sep 30, 2016. It will be filed for extension. My questions: 1) Should I go ahead and get my LC process initiated or I should wait until I get the new job, which could be 6 - 8 month away as well? What could be impact if I change the job after 3-4 month? 2) If employer A revokes LC, which would be in process, then can I continue to work with employer B? Can employer B start LC process whether it is revoked by employer A or not? Link to comment
