cdharmaiahgari
I am planning to go India somewhere in between Feb and March 2016. My H1-B got approved for one year i.e from Oct 1 ,2015 to Sep 30, 2016. I have completed MS in EE and working as a consultant in IT. Is it safe to go for Visa Stamping in India as 7 months will be remaining in my H1-B to get expire? Link to comment
jairichi
Are your educational qualifications relevant to your H1B profession? Check that first. If everything is fine you might get visa for 7 months. Link to comment

shandan
If you have all the appropriate documents and it is for a legitimate job, then I do not see why you should be worried. Link to comment

This is will be my first visit to India after I enter into US with F-1 Visa in 2011 and I will be having only 6 months of valid H1-B when I go for visa stamping. Link to comment
