After completion of my M.S. (Mechanical Engineering   -    2010 till 2012) , I worked for 29 months in US in the field of Mechanical Engineering. I didn’t get pick on H1B visa lottery of 2015. OPT got expired in the month of July, 2015 and F1 VISA got expired in Aug, 2013. Hence currently I am studying MBA in an University and started working on CPT from the day one. With this expired visa I want to travel to my country for three weeks and get my VISA stamped. What is the chances of getting my F1 VISA stamped (approved) at the embassy? Is there any risk involved? What documents should I carry with me for the VISA interview?

Do you guys REALLY think he/she will tell you the fraud institution name and then you get his/her univ raided? nope, he will keep mum

We are not the government. We can't get anything raided...

In any case, the OP claims that it is legit. If it is, it should not be an issue to tell us the name.

But no, I don't expect the OP to tell us the name, because he knows as well as we do that he is abusing CPT.
