H1B transfer Premium :::RFE Received , Working model Emp - V1-Client

Hi

 

I received RFE on h1 transfer (premium) on client letter / employee employer relation. My working model now is Employer --Vendor --Client .

Just joined the client and its the first week here.they do not give client letters.Employer told me that we can submit the badge / timesheet and reply RFE in 2 weeks time.While filing they submitted the Vendor letter earlier.

 

1.What are the documents to be submitted , ignorer for the RFE to be cleared?

2.Are there any chances for approval?

3.What are the other possibilities?

Employer's attorney will take care of it by submitting all requested documents.

I have a question , On My Badge,  my last name is truncated by 3 letters as its very long .I have to submit this for RFE as supporting docs . Is this an issue ??Please lemme know.
