H1B Stamping after L1A Stamped within gap of 3 weeks

Hi,

 

I have my L1A Individual Managerial VISA Stamped on 4th Nov with family, On 6th nov I got my RFE cleared on H1B and approved which is filed by another employer. Now I am planing to go for H1B stamping with my family again.

 

I have below doubts, can you please help me.

 

1. Any risk is getting H1B stamped as L1A already stamped for managerial role?

2. By Any chance will they refuse my H1B and also revoke my L1A?

3. If they grant my H1B, they will cancell my L1A. is this right?

4. After stamping H1B and revoking L1A, will they send any email to my employer who have filed for L1A as intimation?

4. Will they make any wrong observation in any of my case?

5. Any other risk?

FYI, My current L1A employer is from India's top 3 and the the H1B is also among one of the reputed IT company with employees count of 100K+..

 

Documents are all genuine.

US Consulate does not care about reputation of your employer. If all documents are in order then you are fine.

how much time it takes for H1B transfer from one employer to other in regular and in premium filing.

Any idea on fees too will help.
