rohit180387
Experts, Current salary is 9500 / month for nov and dec, but will be reduced to 7750 / month from JAN. Both amounts are higher than amount with which PERM was filed. We are sending paychecks from nov, dec, and jan. Question: Will there be an issue in I-140 because of reduction from Jan? Please advice. Attorney_15
Generally, USCIS should not have a question if the wages paid equal or exceed the offered wage on the I-140. USCIS could question the future likelihood of the petitioner's ability to pay the offered wage when actual wages are being lowered, but that would be unusual if the wages being paid are still higher than what is offered on the I-140.
