DS 160 Form Doubt

Have you ever been arrested or convicted for any offense or crime, even though subject of a pardon, amnesty, or other similar action? 

 

 

I had been in an accident where i was at at fault. NO DUI or anything just was at fault the cop gave me a ticket.

 

so what do i answer for the above question in ds 160
