mano123 Posted November 7, 2015 Report Share Posted November 7, 2015 Guys, I understand one of the rules for qualifying for the Dropbox program is "your most recent visa was issued in India after 2008". In my case I have an H1B issued in India in both 2008 and then in 2009. But,after that my latest H1B stamp is from the US consulate in London. I have maintained the same visa classification H1B through these years. Different employer but I understand that doesn't matter anymore. Do I qualify for the Dropbox program? Link to comment
