1 I weave sweaters, can I sell them on E Bay on H4 visa

2 Can me (H4) or my husband (H1) start a food blog.

3 Can I start a tiffin service from home.

4 Can I do baby sitting

2. Yes, as long as there is no revenue generated.

On H4, you can't do anything that is work. That means you can't sell your sweaters on eBay, you can't do babysitting or starting some service at home.

Also, your husband can only work for his employer on H1.

You can start a blog as hobby, but you can't have any income, including advertising income, from it.
