rakesh.s.21@gmail.com
I have approved PERM from employer B. My current employer A starting my fresh green card processing in a month or two. My questions are: 1. Can employer A start the green card processing while PERM approved from employer B & I-140 is in progress on employer B's petition? 2. Can both of the green card (from employer A & B) processing go in parallel? 3. If PERM approved on employer B’s request. Will USCIS issue two I-140 (one from employer A and another one from B)? 4. At 485 stage, do I need to choose between multiple I-140? Thanks Link to comment
jairichi
1, Yes, employer A has to start from beginning. 2. Yes. 3. Two employer's GC petition are independent. 4. Yes. Link to comment
Attorney_15
A person can generally be sponsored for two different jobs at two different companies with both I-140s being processed by USCIS at the same time. Usually a person will need to choose what I-140 to use when the I-485 can be filed. Link to comment
