H1B Amendment - New Location and New Client

Hi - I got my H1B approved this year starting from 1st October 2015 and since 22nd of October I have been assigned for new client at San Francisco location. My initial LCA was filed for New Jersey location and now the new client location is changed to  SanFrancisco my employer haven't filed any LCA/H1b amendment yet. I have been following up though.

 

 

Can some one please explain how best the situation could be handled and answer the below questions.

 

1. Can we file new LCA now with new h1b amended petition?

2. Will there be any RFE's for submitting the request to USCIS bit delayed?

3. Any other risks for not being filed for these many days.
