Hi,

 

My H1B was issued in 2006 - 2008 and when I check the case status it shows as approved . I have not traveled after 2004 to US. Please let me know yhe following

 

Can i get my H1B changed to a different employer under cap exemption?

IS there a time by which this has to be done?
